Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and its associated software ("Service").

The Service provides functionality for connecting an authorised TikTok account and publishing video content through TikTok's official Content Posting API.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service facilitates the publication of video content to an authorised TikTok account using available API functionality.

Features may include account authorisation, video submission, caption preparation, publication requests, and publishing-status checks.

Availability depends on TikTok's API, granted permissions, approval requirements, and applicable platform restrictions.

We do not guarantee that every publication request will succeed.

3. Account Authorisation

You must be authorised to access any TikTok account connected to the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining account security, authorising appropriate permissions, and reviewing content before publication.

You must not attempt to access accounts without permission or bypass security measures.

4. Content and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content submitted or published through the Service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for the content you publish.

You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, infringement of intellectual property rights, harassment, fraud, spam, or other abusive purposes.

You must comply with applicable laws and TikTok's relevant terms, policies, and Community Guidelines.

5. TikTok and Third-Party Services

The Service uses TikTok's developer platform and may depend on third-party infrastructure.

The Service is independent of TikTok and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

TikTok may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue API functionality or access at any time.

Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own applicable terms and policies.

6. Availability

We aim to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or third-party changes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's original software, design, and materials remain subject to their respective intellectual property rights.

You retain responsibility for the content you provide. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to the Service operator.

You authorise the processing reasonably necessary to carry out the publishing actions you request.

8. Privacy

Information about the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee successful publication, uninterrupted operation, audience engagement, or continued access to TikTok's API.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.

Following termination, stored information and authentication tokens will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when the Service or applicable requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

13. Governing Law

The governing law and jurisdiction will be determined by the applicable legal requirements and the circumstances of the Service.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
